If you are having naturally perfect pair of eyebrows then the thick eyebrows are not needed at all. You can use pencil and powder to bridge the gap if your brow has over tweezed and no growth.
You can start with clean and dry brows.
You can place a brush along side of the nose to find out where the brows should start.
You can angle the brush from the outside of the nose to the outer corner of the eye to find out where the brows should end. Here the end of the brows should be at a 45 degree from the outside of the end the eye.
You can brush up with a spoolie brush. It helps you to see the shape you like and find out when you are uneven.
