5 Most Effective Exercises To Get Rid Of Armpit Fat!

Fat can accumulate anywhere on our body. Getting rid of fat, especially from the armpit area is very tough. Armpit fat can make you feel embarrassed while wearing skin-fit dresses.

1. Lying Chest Fly

Step#1. Lie on you back of floor. Lift your leg and bend your knees till you they get in right angle position

straight above your leg (See above picture).

Step#2. Now move your hand from side ward to upward direction while keeping your elbows slightly bent. Lifting some weight in this step can make this exercise more effective.

Step#3. Repeat as much as you can.

2. Pull-Ups And Chin-Ups

Pull ups and chin up not just help to choose armpit fat but also helpful in losing weight. It also strengthen your breast muscle and give you a good posture.

3. Chest Press

Lie on your back with your legs bend across the end of the table. Lift chest rod and bring back to normal position. Try to hold rod in both upper and lower position. Try to keep your elbows bend while lifting. Repeat 10 times.

4. Standing Reverse Fly

Stand in a relaxed position, holding small weights in your hand. Now push your hands forward, keeping them low, while you lean forward. Bend your knees a little as well. Now bring your hands to the side, keeping your arms straight. Repeat this several times.

5. Pulling Weights

Lie down on your stomach n yoga mat. Now lift your hand upward and lift your chest along it. Try to take hands backwards as much as you can. Bring back to the original position and rest your chest for a while. Repeat 10 times.
